What were you drawn to when you bought the property?
Location, close proximity to everything (downtown, cities north, close to the water, direct access to the highway, etc.), family friendly neighborhood, Bel Air School district, Harford Glen, neighborhood does not have through streets so low traffic, and the features that the builder offered while building the home.

What are some things you have done to the home, which you really like?
We have painted with nice warm colors, changed out all light fixtures, faucets and some hardware, added a deep sink in the kitchen, lots of landscaping in the backyard and around the patio, added a paver walkway from the front to backyard, exterior landscape lighting, custom mouldings throughout, and recently updated some flooring in the house.

What is your favorite feature of your house?
The backyard. We have created a nice outdoor space with beautiful landscaping and have worked toward creating a nice inviting private space.

What are things you love about your town?
Close to everything, extremely convenient, lots of things to do around town, weekend fun, activities for children, lots of shopping, also close to open outdoor activities.

Where do you love to eat, grocery stores and other conveniences?
Boxhill Pizzeria, Bonefish Grill, Pairings Bistro are great restaurants.  So many grocery stores are close: Wegmans, Giant, Shop Rite, Weis, & Mars.
We also have easy access to all types of stores Home Depot, Lowes, Target, & Kohl's.

What other things do you love about the area?
We are close to downtown, but also to Havre de Grace, easily get to Orioles and Ravens games, but also have the Ironbirds minutes away. Lots of recreational sports for the kids with many fields and activity centers close by. One of the best Elementary schools in Harford County.



What hobbies do enjoy because of the area?
Biking, hiking, fishing, playing all types of sports.
