Gorgeous Colonial with 3400 square feet of living space

What were you drawn to when you bought your home in Beacon Point?
When we were looking to buy, we were drawn to the size of the house and the the size of the lot. I fell in love with the stairs in the back of the house, not right when you opened the front door. We also were very impressed with the 9 foot ceilings and vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom. Very spacious rooms...for 6 people! The view of the upper bay as you drive into the neighborhood is wonderful.

The Large Finished Basement is great for entertaining

Brand new floor and appliances in this huge kitchen

What are some things you have done to the home in Beacon Point, which you really like?
In 2006, we added a 19 'x 36' in-ground swimming pool and a 12 'x 10' shed. In 2011, we finished the basement, adding a custom made bar and pool table. In October of 2013, we had installed, 2,000 square feet of new carpet and installed new flooring in the kitchen, office, and laundry room. All the stainless steel kitchen appliances are brand new.

What is your favorite feature of 715 Concord Point Drive?
Our favorite feature is our "man cave" with a custom bar and entertainment space. We also love our backyard.  It is very spacious.  The pool does not take up all the yard space.  Our children love the side yard where they play all kinds of sports like soccer, football and baseball.

We love the small town feel. There are multiple venues for maritime enjoyment within the town limits. There are many wonderful local restaurants within the town of Perryville and the adjacent towns of Port DepositHavre de Grace and North East. The neighbors that reside near our house are extremely friendly and we have made many lifelong friends from those relationships.

What question didn't I ask?
We absolutely love our house and the Beacon Point neighborhood.  It is with extreme trepidation that we are moving from the area.  As our parents get older, it has become necessary to move closer to them to be able to assist them. Whomever decides to purchase our house will be just as happy with the area and the house as we were.
